Вообщем переписка с представительством Борг Ворнер в США
Я написал короткое письмо с просьбой помоч мне со сроками, почему контора ЕКС говорит что заказ надо ждать до июня месяца, и просил их узнать когда реально можно получить турбину и если ли она у кого нибудь на складе, далее переписка.
Оказывается что 98 турбин лежит на складе Борга в Каролине, и ниодного заказа от ЕКС на них не было...как бы похоже на то что ребята торгуют контрафактом либо сами гдето собирают а потом продают как бор!!! читаем коментим...

Borg Warner confirmed less than one hour ago that 93 of these are on hand in Asheville, North Carolina. They stated that there are no current open backorders; all 93 are available to ship today.
Cadu has confirmed that he has this product on hand as well.
It is not in my nature to be negative or critical, but the information he is giving you is 100% false.

We know Central Turbos very well, and I know Cadu personally. They are good people.
They do purchase some units in very large quantity, and I’m certain he’s passing that volume discount along to you. Since we do not purchase that unit in such volume, I’m afraid I cannot match his price.
However, they are a very respectable distributor, and I believe you will find them to be pleasant to work with, if you choose to do so.
Either way, my concern is with getting the O.E. product to you through proper distribution channels, and we will do so regardless of which of us does sell the part to you.

I’ve sent details regarding your problem with ECS, directly to the relevant party at Borg Warner, for his review.
Hopefully we can keep this company from operating in a dishonest manner. There should be no reason why you haven’t received what you paid for; there is plenty of stock in the U.S., and I confirmed with Borg Warner that zero of these units have been ordered or shipped within the last 30 days.

Shipping using USPS Express Mail International should cost approximately US$145.00.
I am terribly sorry about your issue with ECS. I checked the Borg Warner website, and could not find any distributor using that company name. I assume that they are a re-seller, but they do not appear to be directly affiliated with Borg Warner.
