вопрос по модулю балансировочных валов с масляным насосом

Друзья, привет!
Нужна подсказка. Предыстория: пробил масляный поддон, при этом зацепил модуль балансировочных валов VAG 06B103535F (на фото видно):




Сейчас хочу восстановить модуль. И вот тут вопросы появились:
1. можно ли снимать валы (именно самый первый с большой шестеренкой)?
2. если можно, то какая процедура снятие его?

Снять хочу для того, чтобы выстучать повреждение под большой шестеренкой, так как чуток задевает. Потом, возможно, отдам заварить это место.

Корпус стучать не нужно - раскрошится, нужно выпилить(пропилить) болгаркой треснувший материал и наварить это место аргоном.
Я думаю можно и не разбирать, судя по фоткам можно и так сделать аккуратно. Вырежи из жести полоску и проложи внутри между шестернёй и корпусом для предохранения при работе болгаркой или бормашиной.
После, хорошо промой и продуй сжатым воздухом что-бы стружка не попала в места соприкосновения валов и корпуса, а перед ремонтом постарайся закрепить валы что-бы они во время 'грязной' работы не вращались.

Насчет выстучать согласен.
Насчет не снимать не знаю. Нужно во время сварки не перегреть шестерню и не провалить ванну, а метал не тонкий, и ток будет не малый. Если сварщик хороший, то можно не снимать. Если не очень, то появляется небольшой риск.
