что то я не могу осилить часть терминов.. Кто может подсказать по основной части. Точнее даже до рассказа о нулевом затирании. Дальше все более менее понятно.
My fronts are "flat-rolled". Which basically means I heated them up and used a roller as far as it would take them. It did end up pulling the fenders a little. Maybe 1/8-1/4". Then to get it flat I used a 4x4 block of wood with a detail cloth wrapped around it and my body hammers to make the inner lip where the fender liner rides completely flat against the outside edge of the fenders. I have ZERO rubbing anywhere! My tire sizes in the front have been 215/40 18 and 215/35 18. The 35s are a little too rough for me, so I'll be going back with my 40-series sidewall. My car is VERY low and makles these wheels hard to pull off at the height, but I've got it after the first 6 months of toying with things.
My rears are pulled 1 1/4" and have a lot of body work done to accommodate the wheels with wider tires on them. I have run 235/40 18, 225/40 18 and even a 245/35 18 on the rears without rubbing. I choose to run the 225/40 because of price and availability though.
I can be done, and if you need some help, just let me know. I did everything myself, so I know all the details about it.
