    Можно снять около 385лс на 1.8 с хорошим бензином.
    Момент - смотря сколько сдюжит сцепа.
    От момента будет зависить и буст. От буста будет зависить нужен ли датчик.
    Хотя в любом случае лишним он не будет.

    Уже сделал даунпайп без катов, на 76 трубе.
    Хочется толковый выхлоп, с басовитым звуком. Приход конечно тоже беспокоит, но вторично ))) Больше чем ст2 делать не планирую.
    Просто реально беспокоит то что даунпайп на 76 трубе, а катбек возможно будет уже. Это криминал или нет?

    Для стоковой турбины - нормуль.
    Для К04 нужно полные 3"
    Хотя опять-же всё зависит СКОЛЬКО нужно лошадей.
    У К04 поставленной на 211лс ТСИ мотор огромный потенциал.

    Если ты забыл где я работаю, то я напомню - ТНК-BP Коммерс Украина, а WOG наши партнёры, и то наверное скоро мы их выкупим;) так что залить 200 литровую бочку в гараже я всегда смогу))) Кстати у меня товарищ на стоке 2.0 FSI на нём ездит постоянно! )))

    Когда в штатном ме7 мозгу бош делает 4500+ единиц калибровки (3д таблиц, 2д таблиц и констант), а в том-же АЕМе их от силы 100, то даже не будучи программистом и не зная всех нюансов работы и управления ДВС начинаешь задумываться "а почему".
    И даже если сказать что половина всей этой херни Бош придумал для экологии, всёравно остаток внушительный.
    А в следующий МЕД9 мозгах единиц калибровки уже 10000.
    В 17х мотрониках эта цифра перевалила за 15.000.
    Физически, ни у одного производителя афтермаркетовых мозгов нету ни бюджета ни потенциала ни опыта выполнить хоть отдалённую копию современных штатных мотроников, со всеми их алгоритмами и параметрами калибровки. Я думаю с этим никто не спорит. Спорить с этим это всёравно что доказывать что какой-либо тюнер (включая всех "гигантов чиптюнинга") может настроить эти самые мотроники лучше заводских инженеров на заводском оборудовании.
    Вопрос в том, нужны ли эти все алгоритмы?
    Как я уже много раз писал - всё определяецца тем, насколько мы хотим вернуться в прошлое, к карбюратору.
    Карбюраторы тоже ездили.
    И полугазы у них были, и переходные режимы.
    Несколько десятилетий ездили и продолжают ездить.
    И непосредственный впрыск бензина уже в 30х годах был.
    Без всяких мозгов.
    Это потом начали придумывать разные мозги.
    Появились другие приоритеты.
    Экономия, надёжность, долговечность, экология...
    Лямды узкие, контуры контроля с обратной связью, пиды, широкие лямды, зонды NOx, ДТВГ, электродроссели итд.

    И когда у мотроника в алгоритме "обогащение при резком нажатии/отпускании акселератора" имеем 50 единиц калибровки, а в афтермаркетовых от силы 5 - понятное дело что афтермаркетовый мозг будет усреднять значения, точность будет ниже и в алгоритме будет предустмотрено гораздо меньшее колличество вариантов развития ситуации.
    Когда в диагностике наддува у нас несколько разных алгоритмов и немеряно единиц калибровки, а в афтермаркетовых мы просто прописываем "отсечка по бусту = 2бара" то это опять-же говорит о многом.
    В общем можно брать по одному алгоритмы и сопоставлять что делают штатные мозги и чего не делают афтермаркетовые, но это долго и идея суммарно я думаю понятна.
    Далее. Афтермаркетовый мозг это в большинстве случаев "пустышка". Да сейчас появились plug&play мозги с готовыми базовыми прошивками, т.е. тюнер уже как-бы не начинает с нуля. Но это в основном для джапов. В факенвагене нужно начинать с нуля. А это работы непочатый край. Если тюнер делает "под себя" и каждый день себе в удовольствие правит мелкие недочёты - это одно. Но кто заплатит за все часы потраченные на файн-тюнинг запуска в разных режимах и температурах, прогрева, переходных режимов, всяких залочек и компенсаций по климатическим условиям? Не платит никто за это. Беруцца усреднённые параметры, проверенные когда-то на какой-то аффте и если что-то прям так сильно капает на мозг - тогда исправляют.

    Ну я же писал выше, что есть редкие и дорогие исключения.
    И АЕМ не самый дешёвый мозг вообще-то.
    И конечно же респект тюнерам которые его поставили и заставили ехать.
    Но правило одно - чем эта затея дешевле и проще - тем ближе она к карбюратору.
    А понятия ежедневного комфорта у каждого своё, и это не обязательно сама комфортность "нажатия на тапку". Комфортность это отчасти когда не нужно быть постоянно на чеку, проверяя все ли показатели, стрелочки и лампочки в норме. Иногда человек просто хочет сесть и поехать, и если что-то пойдёт не так, то сам мозг сначала попробует исправить ситуацию при небольших отклонениях, а потом и начнёт "спасать" мотор прикрывая дроссель и зажигая чек (ну и остальными методами). При этом если всётаки что-то сломалось безвозвратно - по возможности афта должна своим ходом, "полуработая" доехать до СТО. У меня недавно был случай, на 2.0тфси хорошо так ипануло (что ещё) стаканчик, крепко, насос заклинило нах. Ну так машина БЕЗ ТНВД, на штатном давлении ТННД таки проехала остававшиеся ей 250километров до дома. Тошня, но доехала. Причём всеми силами даже пыталась держать стехиометрическую смесь :)

    Это касательно 7х мотроников, но обманывать придёцца себя.
    Мозгу пофиг, он видит 0-5вольт.
    Можно перекалибровать нужные таблицы и просто в логах видя 1.55бар это (в зависимости от датчика) будет 2,3,4бара наддува.
    Т.е. банально сделать так чтобы в атмосферном режиме показания были правильными, а оттуда и далее в экселе просто умножать столбик на коэффициент.
    Девятые мотроники уже до 4х бар наддува видят.

    Без логов ничего не скажу.
    По цифрам вроде всё шоколадно.
    По графикам - стенд ступичный - они капризные и редко рисуют красивые графики + современным мозгам сносит крышу своей постоянно "гуляющей" нагрузкой.

    Недавно поставил себе впуск К/н , нечего не поднастраивал но Серега с оболони (шкода рс ) чтото говарил что его обязательно надо коректировать по мафу , это так ? мне просто мой тюнер сказал посмотреть корекцию состава смеси если за 10 не переваливает значит все норм , вот моё значение после установки впуска И можно поставить кулер от С3 без поднастройки, без вреда и потери мощьности ? просто мой тюнер живет от меня за 1800км :hang2:

    Недавно поставил себе впуск К/н , нечего не поднастраивал но Серега с оболони (шкода рс ) чтото говарил что его обязательно надо коректировать по мафу , это так ? мне просто мой тюнер сказал посмотреть корекцию состава смеси если за 10 не переваливает значит все норм , вот моё значение после установки впуска И можно поставить кулер от С3 без поднастройки, без вреда и потери мощьности ? просто мой тюнер живет от меня за 1800км :hang2:
