You can open an ICS file using programs like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.

Using Google Calendar:
1. Go to your Google Calendar by searching it on the browser.
2. Now, tap on the + symbol on right side of the other calendar and choose from the Import and From URL options.
3. Select the file from your computer and tap on the Import button.

Using Microsoft Outlook:
1. Select File from the main menu on Outlook.
3. Then select Open & Export.
4. Choose Import an iCalendar or vCalendar option and tap Next.
5. Select the .ics file by searching your computer for it and click OK.
6. Click on Open as New.
